    Hi there,
I just got After Effects Pro 7 and am going through the total training DVD’s. Now, I’m watching Total Training for Adobe After Effects 6.5. I added the accompanying project files to my hard drive so I could follow along with the tutorials.
Everything’s going great accept for one small audio issue. I can’t seem to play any of the audio files contained in the project.
Keep your pants on! I know After Effects isn’t an editing application and doesn’t operate like one. I know about RAM previews and making sure that the audio icon is selected.
Now, when I import just a random unrelated audio file, it plays fine. Even when I export the audio file for the particular project to itunes, it plays. I just will not play within the AE itself.
When I hit play, the timeline marker (sorry if that’s not the correct terminology) races across the screen but there’s no audio. I can see no levels in the audio monitor tab either.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.
