    Hi,
I am new the FCP, I used Premiere, Premiere Pro, Edius etc. But im trying the Mac waters. From what I see FCP is’nt that much different from Premiere Pro with the exception of the audio. I cant seem to get passed the audio, When I bring in a clip with 2 audio channels on it how do I adjust them seperatly? They seem to be linked. Also How can I just put keyframes on the clips and use rubber bands without bringing the clip into the preview window?

Thanks for any help you guys can give me

Select the clip in the timeline and use the link unlink feature. This is under the audio menu and there is a keyboard shortcut.

    2. Turn on the levels in the timeline. LOWER LEFT CORNER OF THE TIMELINE Window, to be able to rubber band in the timeline after selecting the pen tool.

    cheers,

    david

    Peace and Love 🙂
