  “Audio” Grayed Out

  Could you please tell me why “audio” is grayed out in this screenshot? It seems to occur only when there is only one audio track below. But the video clip above actually contains audio embedded in the video file (which is the Canon camera audio I’m trying to replace with the recordist’s WAVs). Could you please help me to fix this?

  BTW I talked to a Canon technician in the past and he said he knows no way to extract the audio from the video file. He said he would ask an expert but never got back to me.
