  • Audio gets out of sync…

I have downloaded from the net some tv programs as AVI files. These shows are *NOT* available on DVD yet and are recorded from the TV, so I am assuming there is nothing illegal about viewing or burning them to DVD for personal use (We don’t have a computer hooked to the TV). If it is illegal, please let me know, I am not seeking to do anything illegal.

Well, I have burned them to DVD using Adobe Encode CS4 and by the end of the show the audio is out of sync. I am guessing this might have something to do with the whole .1% issue (why it is 23.97 fps vs 24fps), but I don’t know how to fix things so that the audio stays in sync. How might I do that?

The second DVD, I did put all the AVI’s into sequences in Premiere (the footage was wide screen and I wanted to scale it down a touch) and the audio is still out of sync.
