I’m doing a marketing video for a client. Its very basic, but when I try to import the audio they’ve recorded via skype, the audio file isn’t even selectable. Alternatively, when I drag said file from its location on my desktop to FCP it appears in the browser no problem. Next I’ll add it to my sequence and it will tell me it needs rendering. When I try to render the audio file a pop up appears saying “general error”. What is the cause of this? Do I need to convert the Audio file to something else, or is the issue in my sequence settings. Thanks!
