does anyone know how to go back to the original audio after making adjustments on an audio of a clip. How do I put it back to it’s original state. I have a 90 minute feature film on FCP 6 and I adjusted some of the gain in the audio clips by going to my top menu “Modify” then to Audio and hitting adjusting the normalization gain. Well I did not know how to do it exactly and now I just want to put my audio back to it original state and give it to a real audio guy to fix the levels and sweeten the audio. Can anyone help?

Assuming you haven’t added any other audio filters to clips:

    – Select the audio clips
    – Choose Edit > Remove Attributes
    – Make sure the Audio Attributes: Filters is enabled and click OK
