    Hi

I have edited a news story with various audio tracks – the interviews, voice over, cutaway natural sound and music. Some of the cutaway audio has not been dragged into timeline as I didn’t want the audio as it was required. But now I am told it might be required if story sold internationally. So should I always drag audio in and turn right down? If so do I turn it back up when exporting?

    Help! Please!

    Gavin

    Hi Gavin,

You have a couple of options.

Either create a separate track for that audio and mute the track, or select the clips you want to turn off / on and choose “enable”.
