  Audio drops out completely if I have Preimere open and try to play audio from desktop.

  Hi I am a long time FCP/ Avid editor but, brand new to Premiere, so far I like it a lot. I am having an audio issue, but not sure of the solve. If I am working in Premiere and switch to my desktop; the desktop audio won’t work, then when I go back to Premiere the audio will play one frame of audio but the picture will play.

  I am trying to go back and forth to do some video tutorials but this is making it impossible. Is there a setting I need to do or is this a bug?

  I am running Adobe Premiere CS6 on a MacPro running 10.8.5 with a AJA Kona 3 card. Any suggestions appreciated.
