Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy Audio Dropouts

    When I burned my edited sequence onto a DVD-R for viewing I noticed there are many audio dropouts throughout. At first I thought maybe I had forgotten to render the audio playback, so I wrote down the time code when the dropouts occur and went back to FCP to check if the audio has problems. Everything seemed okay so I made sure I render everything and viewed the entire sequence on the monitor before I burned it onto a DVD-R again. Much to my frustration, the dropouts are still there, and in the very same spots! I checked the audio on my sequence and everything plays fine on my computer, so I don

    Try doing an audio mixdown. This usually solves that problem.
