  Audio drifts

  I use the Decklink JPEG setup to digitize offline a TV series I am working on. When I compare the digitized audio with the source (a Beta SP), the audio sometimes drifts by as much as 4 frames over a 20 minute episode. But not all the time ! If I digitize the same tape a few times, one may be in perfect sync, while the other may drift a few frames. Both the Decklink and the Beta SP are locked to a genlock.

  any idea what I am doing wrong ? I digitize with FCP 4.5, OSX 10,38 on a G5.
