Audio does not playback
Although the program did created the conformed audio folder that contained 1.4 Gbytes of conformed audio files, the audio track did not show the sound waveform (although already chosen)and audio is no heared while playing back the sequence in the project monitor. Any advice to resolve the issue?, NB: playing the clip in the source monitor has normal audio playback

The Source window is basically Windows Media Player and will play most any audio or video codecs installed on your system, but the Program window will only play those codecs supported by Premiere.
Audition might extract the audio and convert to PCM…or worse case record the audio while Media Player is playing it. -
Thank you for the prompt response. Let me present the problem in a more elaborate way. I started a project based upon importing personal MPEGs (in DVD format)previously captured via anothering capturing software (windvr3)from my mini DV Panasonic video camera.The first MPEG imported went well with perfect audio and video after audio conforming. The second MPEG to be imported showed similar process of audio conforming. When I dragged it to the time line , its audio track did not show the wave forms and I could not hear the audio as the video played back. I undersand your auggestions and will try them in the worse case, but I do not know why one clip goes well and the other did not although they are of similar source and format. Finally, in the same project, I imported an MP3 file and every thing went perfect. Thank you for help

Many DVDs audio format is Dolby and I dont think Premiere can edit that.
