  Audio distortion with version 7.2

  I am using DeckLink Studio, after installing version 7.2, the right channel audio is very high distortion and excessive level in the captured material, including analog and SDI capture. This happens capturing in Premiere CS4 and WB Media Express. With the previous version had no problems. I uninstalled version 7.2, but it is impossible to install the previous version, this does not recognize the board. Is there any way to revert to previous firmware?
  I appreciate any help as soon as possible.
