    Hi —

I’m editing a project and am having an intermittent dip in audio. It comes after a cut. The audio in the clip after a cut (and not every time there’s a cut, nor always with the same cut) is diminished in volume, but not clipped out. And if there’s music behind, the music is not dipped down. Sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn’t.

I’ve edited other editions of this project (it’s a half-hour news magazine) on Premier Pro 1.5 using the exact same machine before and not had any such problems. Any suggestions as to the cause and/or the solution?

    Thanks,
    Dex

There was a problem with the de-noiser filter — once I disabled it in a number of clips, the audio behaved exactly as I expected it to.

Anyone else have this problem before? I’ll be filing a bug report with Adobe, I suppose….

    Thanks!
