  Audio Cutting out in Premiere CS4

  Hey guys, I’m working in Premiere, and my audio cuts out on my clips, at the end. The last 15 seconds will just be silent. The video and audio play in my VLC media player just fine.

  I’ve tried deleting the .cfa and .mek files but that didn’t help. One person had said in a previous forum that he opened the file in premiere with “Edit Original” and changed the file via Soundbooth to a wav file and re-saved, but when I go to “Edit Original” in Premiere, it just opens the file with my VLC player, and not in Soundbooth.

  I’ve never had this problem before. Please let me know if you guys have any insight. Thank you so much!
