Occasionally PPCS3, after import, will cut short an audio track I wish to use. This has generally occurred when importing music from albums by professional artists.

Am I causing the program to interpret the audio track incorrectly, or is this a bug that needs fixing?

    I appreciate the help.

On this particular project, I was importing an .m4a. The audio itself would be cut short, but the track length would remain the same.

I created a .wav version of the song and re-imported it, and CS3 recognized the last couple of seconds. The song played like it should have originally.

If anyone understands why this occurred, I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you in advance.
