I’m converting my footage from 29.97 fps to 23.976 in after effects using Magic Bullet Frames plus but I’m having problems with the audio sync. What do I have to do to sync my audio with the video in its new frame rate?

Is the duration of your video changing? (It shouldn’t be…)

It is, I’m following the instructions on the red giant tutorial video: 1. Interpret footage and drop frame rate to 23.976. 2. create new Comp with the video in its new frame rate and 3. Apply frames plus to the video.

Is there a better way to do it?
