Audio Component Names
I’ve imported iXML data and the audio components are clearly labeled as the characters and mic, i.e. Bob_Lav; Nancy Lav; boom etc. However, when I expand the audio components after creating a Multicam, the individual audio component names do not carry over. Rather, they are named with the clip names so all the audio components have similar names. I know this must be an easy fix, but I’m missing it.
How does one get the audio component names as found in the audio configuration panel, carry over to the clip names in the project timeline?

Check your timeline settings- where you control height of clips etc. You have the option there to show angle names vs Roles.
