Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy Audio Clicking

    Hell Cow folks. Got one i dont understand. Am working on a FCP 5.1.4 on 2xIntel dual core zenon. Captureing from digi beta thru Kona 3 usiong SDI. On playback Al i get audio wise is a cyclical clicking noise that sounds like 2 or 3 frames being looped over and over……..
    I know its a one switch thing i just cant figure it out. Any ideas. Thanks for any help in advance.

    Good Morning!
    Not sure what you have tried, but…
    1) Power down, go start a pot of coffee, power up & try again
    2) Verify you have the latest AJA drivers & try again, go grab some fresh air
    3) Make sure you are set up via AJA control panel for AES over BNC
    4) Run Easy Setup for your configuration fix a cup of coffee & try again
    5) Verify you are using an appropriate 75 ohm SDI cable & try again
    6) Hopefully someone will confirm this, but I am fairly certain that you dont have the option on Digibetas to sample at 44.1k, if so make sure your sample rates just trying to think of everything…

    Cant seem to find number 3 in control panel. where should i look? It seems that may be a good place to start

    Reference page 44 in the manual. Its under the input tabs.
