I’m using a Blackmagic Decklink Extreme PCIe card to get from an analog deck into Final Cut Pro 6.0. For some reason my audio will not stay split up when capturing it into Final Cut. I can tell it is leaving the deck on two channels, but Final Cut is putting it all on just one channel. I worked with someone at my local Apple Store who did not understand why this was happening. He agreed that I had all the audio capture and system preferences correct. Anyone else have this problem? Or know a way to correct it?
