Audio Captured turning bad in midway
I have been capturing and editing clips from the same setup, but recently, the last two major projects that I have captured have come up with a challenging problem in my audio. After capturing about 45 minutes of video and audio through firewire connected to my video deck to my G4, the initial clip will play well in the timeline and then somewhere half way through the captured clip, the audio will turn into a terrible squeaking noise. When this happens, the you will not hear any of the original audio anymore, you will only hear the noise. But if I go back to the original tape and play it back, everything sounds well without any noise and the original audio sounds well.
I have not installed any thing lately and have maintained the same setup.
