Hey, I’m relatively new to Premiere Pro – Still CS4 -, had Final Cut, but switched over because of familiarness with After Effects

So I was wondering, I’ve shot an Action Sequence with my iPhone 4 to test the HD video quality

    30.00 fps
    1280×720
    16 bit audio

I press CMD-I in finder to check the codecs and it reads, H.264, AAC

Now, when I start a new sequence with the HDV 720p 30 codec, and render out the beginning completely I get blurry and sometimes slightly skipping video. Keep in mind that the video has no problems in the preview window ( the one where you can select in’s and out’s ) and it continues to do this. I have tried changing the video settings but nothing changes.

If I pause the video and go to the same frame on both the preview window and the “canvas” the frames look the same

Also, if I was to want to grab just the audio from a clip ( a lazy ADR replacement ) how would I do that?

    Thanks so much in advance!
