    Is there a way to do an adjustment layer for audio (without using compound clips) like we do for video?

    Chad, no – and I wish there was. Without audio tracks and buses, adding support for audio adjustment layers would make sense. I’ve sent a good amount of feedback to apple about this. Maybe one day they will surprise us …

    That said- if you really do need more extensive audio mixing you want to move to ProTools or to Logic Pro X via X2Pro for AAF export of your project timeline.
