Posted by Bob Duthaler on December 28, 2011 at 8:16 pmHow can you add key frames in the audio so I can manually adjust audio levels and create transitions?

December 28, 2011 at 9:06 pmThat’s pretty basic stuff Bob.
You can simply option-click on the audio level line to add a keyframe, then drag it up or down, or with it selected, hit option-uparrow, or option-downarrow to bump it up or down.
Here’s a link to the area of the manual.

December 29, 2011 at 1:28 amMake sure you have the audio waveforms on, and you can also change the view of the timeline in the bottom right corner “light switch” and provide a more audio centric view, and clip size and then you can of course zoom in The audio waveforms react to the change in level and also give you color coded clipping.
