i have premiere pro and all my audio on the timeline has a scratch or click sound. the sound does not transfer to dvd so it is not really there. it must be something with my playback settings, right? any help would be appreciated cus its hard to accurately edit audio with extra noise. thank you

Can you list your system specs as well as how the clip was captured and the audio levels of the discs? In the mean time also go to the Audio Mixer (Window > Audio Mixer) and reduce the master slider to a vaue of -6db. My guess is your audio levels are peaking too high.
