  • Attractor sucking clones through rigid objects, any way to fix this?

Posted by Chris Bryant on November 8, 2010 at 3:40 am

I was attempting to rebuild this scene from GSG (https://greyscalegorilla.com/blog/2009/10/mograph-2-attractor-project-file-download/), I downloaded the file and looked into it, even rebuilt my scene in this, but my clones are going through my center object getting to the attractor. Is there anyway to make the clones stick to the outside of my center object (cube), rather than go through it to reach the attractor?

The center object has a rigid body tag as do the clones that are being attracted.

    Cinema 4d R11.5

    Thanks in advance,

    Chris

You probably need to increase the substeps in project edit>settings>modynamics>expert.

That seems to have fixed it, thank you!
