  ATI Radeon9600Pro (MAC) OpenGL Adjustment Layer, Track Matte problem SOLVED!!

  Apple Mac G5 2GHz dual with ATI Radeon 9600XT Pro and AE 6.5

  Pulled my hair on this one for few hours. Track Matte didn’t work at first, then Adjustment layer didn’t show applied effect… well I thought I was doing something stupid. Here’s the solution: in AE preferences Previews tab simply TURN OFF ‘Enable OpenGL’ and go to Composition Settings >Advanced tab> ‘Rendering Plug-in’ and choose Advanced 3D or Standard 3D instead of OpenGL Hardware.

  No benefit of OpenGL with the above configuration.
  Anybody had any luck with ATI Radeon X800 on MAC running AE 6.5 with OpenGL enabled?
