good day! i know AVID primarily supports NVIDIA opengl cards, but i was wondering whether an ATI opengl card would be detectable in an AVID XPRESS PRO 4 setup. i have a 256MB ATI RADEON 9550 that completely supports opengl in after effects and other apps, but it sucks not to be able to use the opengl capabilities on the XPRESS PRO. also, is there a hack of some sort i can do for AVID to use my card’s opengl features? thank you so much.

so will it be a fair deal if i sell my ATI card and get a Geforce 5500 instead? also, will my xpress pro run faster with an opengl recognized nvidia card? thanks in advance.
