Asterisk when you make changes to an project
The asterisk is automatically added when you make an project (but SVP8’s credit roll generator accepts curly quotes).
But when you remove the asterisk and make changes to its project, the asterisk is added.
Please remove the asterisk!

If you are talking about the asterisk in the title bar it is just there to tell you that you have unsaved changes. Press Ctrl+S to save and the asterisk goes away. Make a change and it comes back. That’s how it works.
