Assistant Editor Rates NYC
Hi,
I know there are a lot of questions on here about what people should ask for a rate in different job types but I was hoping if I posted my personal situation I could get a more accurate number. I’ve been working in VFX for the past 2 years and so I am comfortable with my rate in this field but I recently interviewed for a job as an assistant editor in the post department of an ad agency in NYC and I know that my rate would probably be very different for this type of work. I am familiar with all of the softwares they are using and it would mostly be logging and organizing their server. They have asked me for a day rate so if anyone out their can help or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks -
