Aspect ratios
I’m pretty bad at noticing when something is in the wrong aspect ratio, such as when a dvd is being played wrongly for example.
Also, when footage needs converting to a different aspect ratio, I need to fully understand this?Does anyone know of any good tutorials / sites which explain aspect ratios? Or is this more a case of just having the experience of working with a lot of footage and training your eye to see these things over time?

Do a web search on pixel aspect ratio….
or search forums…
but time is money… I regularly update my library of books from trusted sources so I don’t have to spend hours doing web searches.
