I am trying to create an AS-11 file with embedded metadata where the programme duration in the metadata is 5 seconds shorter than the file duration.

The programme duration is greyed out cannot be changed on the AS-11 UK DPP section of metadata entry. The programme duration seems to be automatically determined from an expected line up and ident clock duration and the length of the exported file.

The AS-11 DDP HD shim xml has data for line up start and clock start but no option to adjust programme duration.

Is there any way this can be done in AME? Could I import metadata from sidecar xml of a shorter version of the same file with a the original file that is 5 seconds longer before encoding?

    Thanks

    TE
