    I had to speed up some video to get it to sync up to my audio.(200%)
    In the process, I get some artifacts/blockiness in small sections.

    The original video looks fine, it’s just when I speed up the video that the problem occurs.

    Note – the only other problem might be that the video was taken by another person and I captured it from his MiniDV tape, so that
    it is being captured from a camera different than the one which actually shot the video.

    Any Ideas – is this abnormal – I sure hope so.
    I know people are looking to CS3 to make this feature look better.

    I think I’ve found a solution.
    Maybe this will help someone else also.

    Right click on the video and choose Field Options – Interlace Consecutive Frames.

    This seems to be the fix I need.
    I haven’t rendered it yet, but on the screen it seems to make a dramativ difference.
