  Arrow Vortex

  I’m trying to make an animation of arrows illustrating a vortex. I know you can use MoGraph to accomplish this, but am having a hard time getting my head around the heirarchy of Cloners, Effectors and Splines. Any help or a turn in the right direction would be mucho appreciated!
