  Arri Alexa XT Frame rate question

  Hello all,

  I have a recent project in which part of the footage was shot in a 23.98 FPS for the sensor, but recorded in a 29.97 time base. Something I didn’t know was possible until I learned about the many levels of FPS settings on this camera.

  Has anyone ever done this by mistake and successfully converted the footage to 23.98? Some converting in after effects worked well, but it’s causing major drifting issues when we have to sync.
