Areca raid controller failed to upgrade
I wants to upgrade the firmware of raid controller to the latest but
While Upgrading the Areca controller through the GUI Web browser it did not work it’s failed. Is any other way to flash the latest firmware?kind regards,

this is a very vague post. Exactly how did you upgrade your firmware. Did you download the V1.4.7 firmware from https://www.areca.com.tw ? Did you upgrade ALL 5 FILES ? Describe the process you went thru, the exact menus you entered to do the upgrade. Did you “browse” to the downloaded firmware files, and upgrade each one ?

I did this firmware upgrade last week with the help of Kyle from Maxx Digital.
It is not a straightforward process. The order of events was very specific, and I was glad for the guidance.
If you have support from someone, I suggest you give them a call.
