Are thumbnails in the timeline gone in CC? From each video clip.
Hello,
I just upgraded to CC from CS6. In the past, when looking at my timeline I could see a thumbnail of the video track on each video clip. It was very very helpful.
Now in CC it appears that it doesn’t show the thumbnail anymore but only tells you the name of the file.
Is there a way to get it to show a thumbnail??

Step 1: Click Wrench icon in Sequence window, make sure Show Video Thumbnails is checked.
Step 2: Choose the type of thumbnails by clicking the hamburger menu and selecting from the list.
Step 3: If you still have no thumbnails make sure your track height is high enough to allow them, cmd+= raises video track height by default -
Click on the wrench icon in your timeline. At the top of that list of settings you will find what you are looking for. Then just make the video line(s) taller to see the thumbnails.

I actually did that before and it wasn’t working but I found my solution eventually.
I had to double click the Video track and it expanded to show the video.
