Are there any plans to support 720 24/23.98p?
Just wondering why there is still no support for this frame rate? Is it a hardware limitation? Really keen to get an PCIe HD Extreme but I’m in a 720 24p town.

I don’t think SDI standard includes 720p24 because it is not an official broadcast standard. So even if BMD could somehow make it work, there wouldn’t be any VTRs or any other SDI devices that could communicate with it.

Hi Damon,
We support 720p 24/23.98 as part of varicam framerate, ie over 59.94.
