Premiere 2019 on Windows 10. Is there a preferences file somewhere with my custom user sequences, custom export settings, etc.?

I’m planning to try the cloud sync thing, but I want to have a safety backup first, in case syncing to the cloud deletes my local prefs or something.

Just a sidenote – my sync settings are “always upload”, but when I go to sync, it says “Premiere must close the current project to DOWNLOAD and apply these settings”. It shouldn’t be downloading. Hence my desire to backup my local settings.

They are on Mac, and probably on Windows, too.

I create a fresh set of prefs, and then immediately zip them so that I can restore quickly when they get corrupted, which happens WAY too often.

Here’s the path on Macs that’s probably similar for Windows: computer> Users>user that’s you>Documents>Adobe>Premiere Pro>14.0 (the version in question>Profile-your name

I make an alias to this folder (where I also keep the zipped prefs) on my Desktop because rarely a week goes by that I don’t have to refresh the prefs.
