    Hi,
I was told to archive a project in FCP, to just save as a quicktime movie at current settings. Will this keep the same quality to make conversions from or is it better to save as a quicktime conversion and select “uncompressed” which creates a far larger file size?

    Thanks,

    Chris

Well.. if your sequence settings match the highest quality source in your timeline (or at least the dominant one)….. this is fine.
