    So if I remember correctly.. on an Adrenalin that we had we used to be able to archive a sequence to a tape. The avid would grab all of my clips from the timeline and put handles on them then roll them back to a tape. So all I would have to do is load the project, and batch capture the tape and presto chango, I would have my project back online… what was the called?

    I believe it was called archive to tape.

    Thanks for the help Grin. Now I hope to find something similar in Final Cut Pro… We use the media manager to Minimize out Project and archive to a couple of drives, But I trust a HDCAM tape more.
