applying multiple bends
Hi
I’m trying to add multiple bends to a long thin cylinder but when i try to add a second bend it effects the centre of the cylinder instead of the area that the bend is covering.
Any thoughts? -

Need a little more information. What are you using to bend the cylinder?

I was using the bend distortion tool. i think i’ve worked out the problem now though. i think the second bend distortion you add has to join with the last in order for it to carry on as a smooth curve.
