    Hi

I have been messing around with the new Photoshop capability of separating layers across tracks.

I am wondering if it is possible to simultaneously apply keyframing to several tracks at once, if they are all the exact length and play at the same time?

It can’t be done simultaneously to every event (maybe with a script but I’m not aware of one with this capability) but if the keyframes were done using Pan/Crop or any video FX, here’s a workaround for doing it.
Click the first event and copy it.
Click the next event, right-click and select Paste Event Attributes.
    Repeat as often as necessary.
