Applying Grade to multiple clips that come from same source clip-switch off
How can I switch off the fact that DaVinci automatically applies a Grade to all clips who share the same source Clip in the Media Pool?

Rightclick shot in timeline and choose ‘use local grades’

Not an ideal solution. This way your colortrace will not work. It is better, if you use a version instead.

Since I’m still relatively new to Resolve, I gotta ask you:
What exactly is Colortrace?
You mind to elaborate a little on it?Thanx.
