Hi. I’m new at this stuff so please bear with me…

I have a clip of 720p in After Effects. I’ve exported 1 frame of my footage and opened it in Illustrator. I’ve applied a live trace, changed the colour pallet, and applied an artistic effect (I think it is “cutout”. It looks really great, and now I want to apply these effects to the whole video clip. How would I go about doing that?

    Thanks so much!!

Aharon has a toon tutorial on the COW … check it out.

Alternately, if AI lets you batch process, you could render a TGA/TIF/PSD sequence from AE and batch process those stills in AI.

I had a look at Aharon’s toon tutorial, and he only applies a Live Trace using the bridge batch export. I need to do a Live Trace and an effect. I can find no way to batch export with an effect.

    Thanks so much!
