applying a close up to video/still images…need help
This forum is great…I want to thank everyone for their help thus far. I have another question.
I’d like to get step by step instructions on how to apply a close up to a still image or video as time moves throughout the timeline….Kind of like how they do with classic documentaries where the narration is going on and they the shot slowly zooms in or pans the image off to the left or the right or up or down diagonally….I hope I am making sense on this.
This must be possible in Vegas….Can someone help me out?
