Hi all i have to create an animation which will consist of loads of.png files i will attach these files to planes and animate a camera around them.
My question is how can i do this quickly the only way i know is to create each individual material apply image to color channel then to alpha channel could there be a one step way to do this? Also when this is done i have to animate the camera around these planes ie about 200 it can be random, would there be a fast way to do this or do i have to go in and spend the day keyframing?
I know this makes me sound very lazy, but any help is much appreciated.
    Cheers Emmet

if you are a member of cineversity you are entitled to the Plane Smart plug in that actually does this job for you.

Otherwise I think you need to go the manual way…. to speed it up you can make one PSD file with 1 layer per image and then make one material with that and select each layer per material and just keep copying and pasting….over and over again.
