apply filter to show only sequences?
Posted by Marc Nibor on June 9, 2016 at 4:07 pmIs there a way to filter/show only sequences inside the project panel?
I am working on a quite messy project that consists of several imported projects which are all quite complex by themself. I’m having a hard time looking for all the sequences that were prepared and would be happy if there’s an easy way to show all available sequences.

Use metadata search,
File | New | Search Bin
Or
Right click in project panel, then select new search bin.Change to “media type” then type sequence.

June 9, 2016 at 8:25 pmI was wondering…. how did you come up with this info? I was googling this question before I posted and found nothing. (didn’t dig very deep though)
anyhow… I never would have guessed that it works that way… so I just did a quick test with “color matte” and it did not work the same way. -

June 9, 2016 at 9:08 pmWell…
If I look at the media type for Color Matte
then I see that it’s “Still Image”
but a lot of things are “still image” so media type might not be the best match criteria…
