Apply diamond shape from library
This is an odd thing: when I apply a diamond shape (from Motion library) on top of video (an imported .mov file), the diamond shape is gone, but the parameters are there,the HUD is there, just no diamond image. I adjusted its position in the layers, but I cannot see the diamond shape itself. Yet, when I apply the diamond shape onto a plain, black background, I can see it just fine. Is the video somehow blocking the diamond shape? How do I make it visible over the video?

Never mind, I see now that I needed to extend the time line bar over the section of video I was working on.
