Applecare Support 24/7 is now live.
It also includes a section for ‘ProApps’. Just doing a little test, it appears online chat is predictably for iPhone/Mac related typical issues. If you have a ProApps problem, you can select a time for them to call you directly.
I didn’t have an actual problem to get them to call me about, but if anyone ends up using this please report back how the ProApps support works.

Our Apple supplier told me last week some of his people were in London getting specific training on Pro Apps. So I think it may soon come to our part of the wold as well.
