    They may be a stupid question… from what I understand, one of the good things about this codec is that you can add more filters yet keep the quality the same. I do work in HD a lot, but I’m wondering if this fact would make transferring DV to this codec worth it too. I usually work with a lot of magic bullet and nattress filters and can definitely see loss the more I do to the footage. Go ahead… fire away 🙂

    It should work. Its 10 bit and 4:2:2. Not as good as Uncompressed, but probably a noticable improvement….BUT only if you don’t master back to DV…then you get the compression hit again.
